In Memoriam: Philip Anderson

It is with great sadness that McDermott House Canada Foundation recognizes the life and legacy of Philip Anderson, who passed away this week. Philip, President at Phil Anderson Holdings ( II ) Inc., was an original board member of McDermott House Canada and was an incredibly generous donor and volunteer. He was passionate about helping veterans and first responders receive the best possible end-of-life care and raised significant funds to transform Sunnybrook’s palliative care centre. As co-owner of the Old Corkscrew Golf Club in Florida, he generously opened his doors to host fundraising events.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to Philip’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.
